We specialize in close tolerance manufacturing, adhering to rigorous standards and are currently achieving a remarkable rejection rate of just 0.00028% which equates to approx. 280 ppm. We are striving to reduce this figure to under 200 ppm.

Our dedicated quality team follows a meticulous quality assurance process encompassing detailed incoming material checks to make sure materials meet customers’ specification in line with their P/O. Additionally, it ensures the appropriate mill certificates have been issued and are in line with the required specification. For prototype developments full PPAP and ISIR’s along with PSW will be issued.

Once released by the customer to go ahead with production, all first offs are rigorously inspected and checked against drawings, random checks are made throughout the manufacturing process, using plug gauges, or other inspection equipment as required.

We have inhouse Faro Arms which provide full digital reports, additionally we have digital micrometres, the capability to carry out full weld penetration testing, paint quality and thickness inspection using cross hatch & pencil methods and our quality staff are all issued with elcometer gauges to insure we meet ISO 15184:2012 and ASTM 3363 Quality standards.
